The National Concrete Precast Association (NPCA) has a Plant Certification program dedicated to increasing the quality of precast concrete products and assisting specifiers in obtaining those products.
Since 1987, NPCA experts have helped businesses monitor, manage, and improve product quality. Local DOT’s such as MnDOT and WisDOT require this certification, so rest assured, you will save time and money because our products arrive on site ready for installation, and meet or exceed both the specifications, and your own high expectations.
Producers are subject to unannounced plant audits throughout the year to ensure systems and processes are followed meeting the program’s requirements.
